With the increasing attention to water environment, the MBR flat sheet membrane sewage water treatment equipment is widely used. This technology is a new device that combines biological treatment technology and membrane separation technology. The MBR flat sheet membrane replaces the two sedimentation tanks in traditional processes.
The MBR flat sheet membrane sewage water treatment equipment can efficiently perform solid-liquid separation, obtain stable reused water, and maintain a high concentration of microorganisms in the biological tank.
The MBR flat sheet membrane process has less residual sludge, effectively removes ammonia nitrogen, and the suspended solids and turbidity in the effluent are close to zero. Bacteria and viruses in the effluent are significantly removed, and the MBR flat sheet membrane has low energy consumption and a small area required.
The MBR flat sheet membrane sewage water treatment equipment realizes sewage water treatment, solid-liquid separation, and reused water with a small size. The membrane bioreactor (MBR) technology is a new and efficient sewage water treatment process.
The MBR technology is a new sewage water treatment technology that combines membrane separation technology and biological technology. It uses the MBR flat sheet membrane separation component to trap active sludge and large organic molecules in the biochemical reaction tank, eliminating the need for a second sedimentation tank.
The MBR flat sheet membrane sewage water treatment equipment can maintain a high concentration of microorganisms in the biological treatment unit, greatly increasing the volume load. At the same time, the high efficiency of the MBR flat sheet membrane separation shortens the hydraulic retention time of the treatment unit.
The area occupied by the bioreactor is reduced, preventing the loss of various microbial populations. The MBR flat sheet membrane is conducive to the growth of slow-growing bacteria (nitrifying bacteria, etc.), enabling various metabolic processes to proceed smoothly in the system.
First, the sewage enters the regulating tank through the grid, and then enters the MBR flat sheet membrane through the lift pump. The PLC controller opens the aeration blower to oxygenate the biological reactor. The effluent from the biological reactor enters the membrane separation treatment unit through the circulation pump, and the concentrated water returns to the regulating tank. The membrane-separated water undergoes rapid mixing and chlorination (sodium hypochlorite, bleach, chlorine tablets) before entering the reused water storage tank.
Second, the backwash pump uses the treated water in the cleaning tank to backwash the MBR flat sheet membrane treatment equipment, and the backwash wastewater returns to the regulating tank.
The lift pump is controlled by the water level in the biological reactor. The filtering operation and backwash operation of the membrane unit can be automatically or manually controlled.
Finally, when the MBR flat sheet membrane unit requires chemical cleaning, the inlet valve and sewage circulation valve are closed, the medication valve and agent circulation valve are opened, and the drug circulation pump is started for chemical cleaning.
